head stock

Hi all,
can a head stock on an 1150gs be welded or repaired???
I have found one in a breakers that has the front lug broken off, which the fairing and horn bolts too, otherwise it's just cosmetic and a few other parts which need a bit of tlc, or am I going to have make it street fighter style??Andy

'course it can. It's just common or garden (weak) alluminium.
