Heated Grips Undervoltage Motoscan Code

So I have this recurring code, it says undervoltage 11.2 volts, my battery is new I clear the code and it comes straight back, what gives and where should I start looking?

IIRC its undervoltage at the heated grips. So there's potentially an issue with the wiring and/or the clips between the power source & grips.

I have had a qucik poke about by the looks of things the grips may not be original as they are made by Ariete, whoever fitted them clearly doesn't know left from right as the left grip is on the right and vice versa
