Hi All,
Got a wee problem with my 1200GS and was hoping for some advice.
The bike was running brilliantly and I took it out today in the pissing rain for a bit of light off-roading.
10 minutes into it I got bogged
(tried uploading pics but not sure how)
Took about 20 mins to get out, set off again, went through water up to about the rocker covers and came off twice
, bike fell on to both sides (one each time I came off, need nobbly tyres I think). The bike has touratech crash bars to protect the rockers (thank fu*k).
Anyway, no cosmetic damage so I set off again. The bike was running ok so I thought until I got back onto the main road and tried to open it up a bit.
She runs ok if you gently climb the revs, however if you open her up in any gear she has no power and feels like she is running on one cylinder or something. Checked the external ends of the cylinder heads visually for mud over the plug ends but there was none. Any ideas???
