Help please

Bike 1100 gs
On the right hand side of the bike as you sit on it there are three vent tubes by the front foot peg ,now two of them dissapear under the tank but the third smaller tube isnt attatched to anything ?
i m wondering if i have disconected it when i fitted the tank cover but cant find anywhere obvious for it to go
Can anyone help me ?

it sounds like the battery breather tube,not the end of the world.just loosen the rear mount for the tank and lift it up a bit to see where it goes on the side of the battery
