Help required-Broken down in South of France

Morning all, my friends R1150GS Adventure has dumped its shaft oil in the South of France not sure excactly whats happend but the rear wheel bearings have disintergrated. After 5 hours at the side of the road thanks to the hopeless people at Carol Nash his bike was collected and taken to a garage in Le Luc. We've been told there is a bank holiday in France today so it will be taken to a BMW dealer in Toulon on Thursday.
Are there any tossers in the region who could maybe assist in dealing with the dealer as Alan does not speak any French? I will have to leave for England tomorrow as I have work commitments I must get back too, not that I speak French anyway.

I will check back in if possible when I get to my next hotel this evening.

If anyone can help Alan can be reached on 07899 903 1299, I will drop him at a hotel as close to the BMW dealer as possible.
