Help with World Maps!

I love maps, drooling over them, reading them but have recently discovered the joy of my Zumo 550. Unfortunately it takes me forever to learn how to operate gizmos and things but I am making progress!!

Later in the year I hope to go to Central Asia and while I will be armed with maps it would be good to have something on the Zumo.

Any recommendations for what I might use, how I might get it, how much it costs and how I load it onto the Zumo????
