High mileage LC

But I am rather hard core:D I'd also like to say my average speed was nearer 80mph and I only stopped when I needed fuel. I took my pee breaks coffee and fags at the same time:thumb2

I take my at off

Done 650 in 10 hrs and that was hard work through the backroads of France:thumb

After more than 10 years in the C1 Forums which are amazingly helpful, friendly and informative I'm amazed that you lot get off on being like this to each other. Another friend of mine whose interests are a music Forum reads profusely but never posts for fear of the inevitable abuse that follows.

I'm not afraid to voice an opinion. I'm never rude to anyone and I have to say this does nothing to enhance my passion for BMW motorcycles in general or GSs in particular (if you're a member of that "club" you'll recognise that phrase).

I know what response this will generate so over to the thugs to say it anyway.

This time I probably won't even bother to read them. :barf

I think (genuinely) that you are not going to like it here.
Or was that just a troll effort?

Thanks though, it did make me smile :comfort

Because we mostly know each other, get pissed together, dance together, laugh together, cry together, camp in wet fields together, stay in nice hotels together, ride to distant places together, help each other and take the piss out of each other.

How many peeps from the C1 forum have you met, or wanted to meet. :D

10 minutes

A 10 minute pee/coffee/fag break means you would have to do a constant 160mph for the next 10 minutes to average 80mph :D

Dude, fag in one hand, coffee in the other an Mr tinkle hanging out doing his thing. About 4 minutes at most:D

I've been flamed and ridiculed not long ago for saying something similar.

Read post 43. Before you get too upset.

It's not good to sleep filled with anxiety over being offended on someones behalf.

Oh really? And what about the forumers you've never heard of and whom you unexpectedly mock and ridicule, and generally rather rudely, for asking a question or voicing an opinion that the geniuses at work here do not consider worthy of their higher intellect? Did you get pissed with them? As for me, I don't remember it.

Read post 49 before you get too sure of yourself.

Besides, I had no idea this was some sort of private club where outsiders are not actually allowed, as shown by the general rudeness they are greeted with. I thought it was a BMW R1200 GS WC forum. Sorry for intruding.

As for anxiety, thank you for caring, but let me reassure you: this does not fill me with anxiety a bit. I do not go to sleep thinking about you lot.

1000 miles now completed on my Thunder grey TE. This morning I head out from Kent on the eurotunnel for a blast to Baden-Baden in the Black Forest Southern Germany returning on Monday. So I'm hoping I'll complete another 1500 miles over the weekend. :-)

I have been here for years and still haven't been invited to stay on the yacht or get a ride in the Jet Ranger that is a privilege of the inner 'clique' - I think it is because I am a rebel :D

This is getting boring so I'll tell them.
On posts, You see your name is in red. Well, that's because you havnt paid your subs.
We always take the piss out of "reds", as we call them, to encourage the payment of subs. Helicopters are expensive beasts to run and Paul needs all the £12's he can get.

Pay your subs and we'll stop taking the piss.......honest.
