This might sound like a daft question but here goes anyway.
I have an '07 X Country that I need to do a few maintenance bits on. All the hoses have clips that I haven't experienced before. Unlike 'jubilee' type screw/bolt closing clips they all seem to be tightly clipped with a kind of catch on the ends.
Are these 'single use' clips or do you need a special tool to fasten/unfasten them? Are they readily available from motor spares outlets?

Special tool that unfastens them in a second, and puts 'em back again, easy peasy :thumb

Dunno if the clips are used generally by other makes, but BMW dealer part for the tool :D

Edit .... remove and replace by Jubilee Clips :augie

The bm jubilees are so much neater then the conventional ones, I brought the correct pliers to remove and refit the bm clips from Halfords, they come in really handy .

I agree they are neater. I'll see if my local Halfords have the correct pliers.
