I'm semi computer literate, so can someone please explain to me how to abbreviate URL addresses etc. If I want to attach a link to a website address, I know I can just highlite & copy the full address from the little box at the top of the screen, but how can I summarise that address to eg "Click Here" ?

click the "http://" button>enter "click here" or whatever in the box>OK>enter URL in next box>OK

Sorry, but if I click on the "http" button, the title gets highlited and I can't find the "OK" button to get the next box. Told you I was thick. :(

it's possibly easier to just write it out in normal text window, as shown in last pic of previous post :)
