I remember getting stuck on there when I was a kid on holiday with my parents. The tide came in and we were there for hours....that's the first time I remember my Dads ears bleeding....Mother was not amused at having to wait and excercised her nagging gland but we as 12 year olds loved it.

Lovely place and well worth a visit yourself to get the shot.
