Lucky enough to have done this trip 3 times now. 2 weeks and somewhere between 1,700 and 2,000 miles for each of them. The place is so different, and quite beautiful. The vast empty landscapes, lack of fences when you are off road and remote, are just epic. This time was definitely warmer, wetter and greener than prior two trips. There are many great places to ride in the world but for me this place is very special. Not sure I’ll do it again, so it’s good to have some pics and amazing memories of the trip.

Here’s a selection of pics that will give you a flavour of the place if you haven’t been, and maybe some inspiration to get out there for the first time or even a return visit, if you’ve already been. Group of 8, 2 KTMs, 5 Hondas, and 1 Yamaha.

We should have got ourselves on that trip, to much thinking on our part that we'd do it differently and not going at all.
Nice to be reminded though of our great trip three years ago.

It was a great trip Rob, still didn’t get East though, so there’s unfinished business yet - might be a good big bike trip…

No Bakermans this time. Serow was ridden by a lady. Pretty impressive showing from that little bike. Alternative routes for the more technical stuff but overall an impressive outing for the little bike.
