I'm almost back in the saddle.

I Didn't like the finish on the painting I did so I got her painted professionally in the Repsol colours I painted my last @ in. Picked it up yesterday. I did all the prep work. Pick the logo and logo colours and layed them on the panels, disassembled and reassembled the bike for the painter. Saved a fortune by doing that and can still say my hand made it happen. Delighted with the quality of work on the paint.

Treat yourself to a trip in Morrocco with Overlanders in Wexford. No vested interest, I just know they are first class to ride with.

That's a plan but in the future as I'm only a month married and have a 4 year old starting school next week. I'm thinking of a trip to Auschwitz next year with a mate of mine. He's wanted to go for years.

You do indeed. He is restoring it for a customer. Some amount of work been done to it. It's a shell at the minute.

The red and grey looked good Eric, but I have to say that I do prefer the Repsol colour scheme. Great work there lad. :thumb2

Touched up the frame, exchaust and engine casings today.

You notice in the first pic the screen look different. I'll have to get a better black but the idea is there.

I also sprayed the back of the screen black.

I also dropped the engine bars off to be powder coated.
