Is it difficult to tighten up the speedo and rev counter? Don't wanna mess about until i know it's not going to explode on me!

Of course, I'm refering to the instrument clock HOUSING
Not the dials themselves. I just want to Tighten everything back up so that they don't buzz. The bike is running very happily at higher revs post tune up but the downside is that it is vibrating at a slightly different frequency and I'll need to tighten everything up because of this. . It must be simple to do. Is it? thought I'd ask this time instead of getting stuck in first
