And before that they were called Norwich Union in the SEVENTIES - the only insewerance co. in Ireland!

Still remember the MAG "RoadRunner" magazine, as it was then, with a cartoon on the front cover; "Scum of the earth competition"
in 3rd place, i think it was politicians, 2nd place Bike thieves and in first...... Bike insurance companies! (well, we couldn't really be totally direct about it

)
now, i.m.h.o;
Axa - best for me - multibike and instructor cover.
But if i were shopping, for one Bike cover;
CN - no ta. fed up with their bullshit.
Principal - making a name for themselves - and have the knowledgeable staff with Bike experience.
Adelaide - ???
MCE - ?!?!?! no thanks. totally unknown quantity - i'll let someone else find out if they're any good when it comes to a claim.
Liberty - have got a lot better and many find their price the best (if you are one of the targets audience they want to cherry pick as you are low risk.

)
Good Luck guys - my choice is slim due the the instructor bit - i'll stick with Axa and am happy to.
EDIT:
to our U.K. based brethren - Ireland is not the same as the U.K. for insurance - may as well be a different planet.
All those ads in MCN - they just upset us / we cant apply.
