Internal fuel hose advice needed

Hi
I need some internal overflow fuel pipes for the GSA tank.
Which can you recommend me and where to buy?
I need to replace all the 6 mm and 8 mm external flex. pipes and also all the internal ones.
That includes above missing breather pipes.
Any recommendations…SAE R30 R 6 or R9 and also which coating is suitable for inside petrol tank.

For the external pipes I bought some from a local motor factors, 8mm internal diameter high pressure ethanol proof , internal I would assume that you need tubing rated to be immersed in fuel.
