Seized brake calipers
Worn top yoke bearings
Seized/ notchy telelever ball joint.
Perished swingarm boots.
Leaking balance shaft seal,
Abs servo failure
Seized alternator
Oil leaks from front cover,oil cooler pipes due to corrosion.
Shock absorbers failing.
That’s pretty much the normal stuff off the top of my head.
