Dropped my iriver s10 and Im not happy, I need to get a new one and thought with the combined help of you tossers I could replace it with something better . The iriver was pluged into an autocom with an mp3 lead and it would help if this stays the same. The only request is that it has to have a radio. you know you want to help Im also thinking some kind of some kind of satnav Just throw that into the equation and see what comes up.

All mp3 players will plug straight into your Autocom with the same wire... it's just a headphone replacement after all... volume limited ones may be a tich quieter... But I have a volume limited iPod and it gets loud enough for me.

So... Go find an mp3 player with a radio and enough memory for you... iPod's are obviously out... (though they do have a radio accessory, it's shite)...

Other than the 'gotta have an iPod' crowd, not sure that you are going to find any rabid fans of one DMP over another...

Thanks, I have an ipod and the iriver all over it, was thinking may be zumo 550 but the radios no good over here? In the end i may just get another s10

Cowon iaudio D2

Hi Driver Dave,
With you on the iriver, had an H300 for a few years now and still going strong, cracking piece of kit ! Recently decided to buy a unit with flash memory and eventually settled on the Cowon iaudio D2 (with DAB and FM radio) 8GB flash memory with an SD card slot to allow for expansion. Really pleased with it, got mine from <advancedmp3players.co.uk> give it a look !
