I seem to recall these guys getting a bit of a pasting on this forum a couple of years back but I have to report the excellent service they have given me. Their service charges seem a lot less than some of the prices quoted by folk on this forum from dealers elswhere, they always have done the work they said they have, they are good at keeping in touch and the 2 warranty issues I have had have been dealt with speedily and with no hassle. I've just had the final drive replaced and BM picked the bike up from the house and dropped it back off when they finished. I know of no other manufacturer who would do that.
