Hi all,
Have the need to blow my load... :drool Wow - what handling and what performance! I just love that big tall trailie - its defines me! I never had any interest in racing bikes or the like, I love a bike with planted handling and that has a real "presence" on the road and to have the ability to go off road. I'm particurlar about maintenance but as regards polishing etc - I just don't do it - so this shiny GS is going to have the "been there and done that" look very soon - and it will be there and doing that - next month - I'm off to Odessa and Belarus - Cant wait!

Ok, I think the adventure would have been the better option but got the standard GS 1200, a 2005 reg for a good deal. Maybe I'll upgrade to the adventure in a couple more years - I'll see how I get on. Then, to make matters worse, I treated myself (shouldn't have because our economy is sh*t) to a new BMW outfit. Now most of my mates won't talk to me anymore:nenau

Smaller are better, big butch GS's are so last year.

But not many do.

Oh don't worry it will have ... the build quality is shite.

Congratulations on the new bike though :D

I'm in the same boat had mine about 4 months and 4 thousand miles, it makes me happy every time I climb aboard:thumb

Fantastic bike and have many hours of fun...you may find you need a bigger helmet to fit your smile into:augie
