Hello Chaps,
Iv`e just finished doing a spline lube on my 1150, and whilst I was in there I changed the slave cylinder and as per Steptoes recomendation fitted the S/S adventure hydraulic clutch hose. All seemed to go well and I had no issues lining everything back up, so far so good, But.. now when I turn the back wheel I can hear a rythmic knock coming from either the back of the gearbox or the area of the first U/J. If I turn the wheel in both directions less than 1 revolution the timing of the knock is constant/ in the same place. So before I pull everthing apart again has anyone any ideas what could be causing this?
What`s confusing me ( Easily Done! ) is that I don`t recollect hearing this noise before I started, and the gearbox and the first driveshaft joint haven`t been touched?
Thanks,
