Hi all,

I'm after 2 of these Kriega "Bolt-On" type luggage loops. Kriega sell them... but in packs of four - and I don't need 4, I just need the 2 (because I've already got 2)

I'm not looking for "free" (unless you have no use for them and want to donate to a disabled old duffer!) but I don't want to go to the expense of buying the extra 2 that I don't need. I've sent off an enquiry to Kriega, but no response (yet) and I don't want to buy any of the cheapie "Ali-Express" types on Flea-Bay

Looking forward to receiving a reply

Cheers

Phill

They came with an OS Base. My previous bike already had loops fitted and when I sold the bike, with the OS Base, I had these "spare"...
I take it your comment wasn't meant to say... "yeah, I've got a couple you can have!"?

Unless you really want the look and whatever additional functionality that specific design offers can you not just make them? I do.

Just cut 3-4 inches off a strap you already have (or go to halfords and buy a cheap set), seal the cut ends with a flame. Fold in half and push a heated up screwdriver, bradawl or similar through both bits of strap and make a hole just big enough to take your bolt. Penny washers either side, bolt through the lot and secure with a nyloc nut. It will be as secure as that Kriega thing but cost almost nowt. And you can make more or spares or different sized ones.

I can/could… but part of my problem is OCD (I’m a disabled veteran - and we are all screwed up!)
My thought was… “if I’ve kept two - for no REAL reason- maybe there’s another nut-job out there with similar!?”

I HATE spending on un-necessary shite
