Thanks for link John; but the microfiche doesn't give any technical details or manufacturers data for the device itself.

Does anyone know who actually makes this device? I took a look at the Bosch website but couldn't identify if it was one of their oxygen sensors or not.

Not had a proper look but a casual glance at my mates 1200 made me think it was an NTK (NGK).

I'm sure it'll just be a standard 4 wire zirconia sensor, either planar or thimble in design. I'd be suprised it it was 5 wire or wideband but I may be wrong.

Yes it,s a 1v ac standard 4 wire zirconia sensor

Thanks - I think that I have now tracked down the Bosch datasheet for part, or at least a very similar part.
