Hi, i got a LAMPF! Warning on my bike, took out bulb (which isn't lighting), looked okay, replaced with new bulb but still no light...
All the other lights are working, is there a fuse someplace i need to check?

Would be a pain in the ass, if i had to go to the dealer for a fecking bulb.
Any help apperiated.

Tried starting the engine ?

Sure it's the right bulb that you took out ?

Happened to mine at 10k, bulb looked okay but had been working intermittently, replaced with new one but still same error code until I started the engine.

Try taking the other bulb out and swapping them over to see if it's the bulb or bike :thumb

Hi

Try different makes of bulbs. Cheapies kept error message but worked, BMW worked and gave no error messages - something to do with the resistance being different to what the "computer" expects. Could be some corrosion too...

Yesterday i got a simular warning. Count fault the bulb and then when put back in it was working. A couple of miles down the road the same message appeared. Turned out to be the contact for the brake filament. It has fallen back enough to not make a contact. Very little corrosion so not sure if this is the problem. Bike went in for a service today so they can sort it out. Could be a simular thing for you.

Most likely problem is that you have not stated the engine. ;) You have to start the engine- not just turn on the ignition- before the warning will disappear. :)

yup, once i started the engine the warning went away and light was lit.
strange behaviour. Thats for the info.
Liam:)
