I`ve been a CRT diehard since LCD screens became available but I could`nt find a replacement for my Eizo flexscan when it died a few weeks ago.

I subsequently bought a 22" Belinea widescreen LCD which I`m very happy with for photo & video work once I made a profile using Spyder.

The problem is text which is not sharp at all. My question is: Is this normal with all LCD screens (which would surprise me as many offices have them now) or have I got a duff`un.

Cheers

is it set at it's native resolution?

LCD screens are only sharp at this one setting.

in your case, it's likely to be 1680x1050. you might need to check with manual.

Thanks chaps I`ve sorted it...I thought I had it set to the native resolution which is 1680x1050 but I`d got it on 1600 x 1000. I cant believe the difference that makes. Great monitor for £230 from Pixmania
