Just finished fitting my new lights, Hella FF50's and DE Micro's on a Migsel light bar. I replaced my original spots (Nippy Normans spotlight kit) so already had an Autoswitch fitted which I used to power the DE's relay then took a feed from main beam to power up the FF's relay.

A couple of pics...

They look pretty tidy and I now hope I'll be able to see where I'm going :clap

I like this set up alot seems very neat.
this must be my next mod - to improve the general lighting.
couple of questions.
is the light spread good for normal driving at night

does it make that much difference to main beam

now the cheecky one

what sort of cost is the set up.

unfortunately I would have to have them fitted as i have never really mastered this electricity stuff.

I've just fitted them so haven't had the chance to test them as yet however this is the set-up most on here recommend. If you do a search for Hella and Migsel he has some pics posted showing the difference in the beams.

As for prices contact BTBR for the lights and Migsel for the light bar, both are easy to find.

If you fancy having a look send me a PM as I'm in South Cheshire too.

Cheers

As you have the GSA screen fitted you find that on main beam you will get a lot of glare coming from the FF50's.

You need to fit some "blinkers" on top of the FF50's to solve the problem.

Try here for more info. :thumb

BTBR, I've seen your "blinkers" on here I'll have a look at the link and get myself off to WH Smith.

Thanks again for the help with the lights.
