Six months ago I had my GS ADV serviced and whilst it was in the garage they fitted an HID set to the bike. I won't name the establishment to spare their blushes as they made a complete bodge of the job. £300 later only the main beam worked and the 'lamp' warning constantly reminded me on their ineptitude.

To fix the problem I needed an expert. Les Wassal came to the rescue this week by replacing the old set with his new kit. Les was a complete star as he removed the old unit (believe it or not, it was a bodged car unit the dealership had tried to make work) and didn't laugh too much at my expense.

Les, the lights live up to the hype and the workmanship puts BMW technicians to shame. Thanks also to your misses for her kind hospitality.

If anyone is thinking on getting their lights upgraded then I would whole heartedly recommend Les's great service.

Get them done before the winter nights close in too much.

Cheers again Les - you're a star. :thumb2

I bought his brackets and colebatch's HID ultra 50 kit and fitted them to both main and high beams yesterday - fantastic improvement!

Name and shame.. to save us making the same mistake :beerjug:

Thanks David.

Les uses my burners and ballasts so you can be sure his are the best quality HID units around as well :-)

In fact the distribution side of it is getting too much for me to handle ... so Les will be the main outlet for anyone looking for the HID50 kits going forward.

Which means ... I can not recommend Les enough ;-)))

Hey, Les
