Hello all, as i'm 6'6 yes really.... me new,to me ADV, is a little cramped:blast so i'm thinking of getting some lower pegs from toura....bloody expensive...tech... but they say they say may touch down when cornering   any advice welcome:thumb and no i'm not chopping me legs off.....:D

1150 or 1200 GSA? :nenau

Migsel does lower pegs for the 1150. Make sure you get the wee springs too. Details here.

I have them on my 1150GS and recommend them. You can find a fitting report I posted here. :thumb2

Get a higher seat perhaps.....:nenau

it's an 1150, with the high seat, TT do a super high seat but then i.m thinking to high for the screen.....buffeting a bit severe now... so the high seat would compound the problem:blast...maybe normal screen with that spoiler thing and lower pegs wot u think...

Personally, I'm completed opposed to doing anything to a bike that compromises its ground clearance when it's cranked over. However, if you can live with it, that's the important thing. It might be worth trying the lower pegs but keep an open mind about changing them back to standard if they drag on the road too much and too often.

As an ex sports bike rider, blade, zx12 etc etc ground clearance worries me as well, likes me corners i do, so i think super tall seat[nice veiw petunia] and mess around with screens.... then she'll be perfick:thumb2:thumb2

Ah Schtum, am i right in thinking you are of the1200 rider, so therefore are a little afeared of the bendy road.....:D:D:D well let me tell you a well ridden 1150 can embarass many a crotch rocket, ridden by power ranger lookie likie...:D let alone a 1200.....lol ;)

Yes but then you're English and have no idea what a good bendy road really is.

However, it's nice to see that you've become a GS expert after such a brief period of ownership.....:augie

I've fitted the Migsel lower pegs. Work fine: my wonky knee appreciates the extra leg room.
