On each map pane in the bottom right is a scale that replicates that shown in the "Select a Map Scale" drop down menu from the toolbar
How can I equate this to the traditional format of, say, 1/400,000 or 1/250,000?
I want to select a scale in the MapSource pane that I am comfortable with and then try to find online a paper map with the same, or very similar, scale
I see spiral bound atlases of Spain at a scale of 1/400,000 but think I need something larger - maybe about 1/300,000?
