Mapsource Problems

Is it my Pc or do other people have problems with Germin's mapsourse ? I get a third of the way into planning a route and up pops a notice, telling there's a problem and please report it to Garmin and then, it crashes and you loss the route you have spend ages on. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Look down, go to equipment and toys, you'll see a section for GPS...loads of info in there....take a few mins to explore the site...it won't break!
