Hi
I've got a pair of Marzocchi Shiver 45 Factory Works forks I'm fitting to my X Challenge and I'm looking for some advice about fitting the brake caliper to them.
My original plan was to just use the inners and stanchions from the Factory Shivers however I've discovered the Shivers top tubes and axle clamps are an exact match for the X Challenge, it's only the caliper mounts that are different. Since my X Challenge axle clamps are slightly damaged and would have to be machined to fit the rebound adjustment screw on the Factory Shiver inners it makes sense to use the Factory axle clamps if I can get a caliper mount/new caliper that will fit them.
I've measured the centre to centre distance of the brake mount holes to be 95mm on the Factory Works Forks. The X Challenge caliper holes are 77mm (approx) apart and the X Challenge fork brake mount holes are 55mm. I don’t know very much about caliper fittings are there any kind of standard sizes here?
Another option would be to get an adapter plate made that fits between the Factory forks and the existing caliper mount but I'd prefer to use an oem part if possible.
Any ideas welcomed. Thanks.

As a consolation I have got a pair of standard 45 Shivers off an Aprillia RXV that have the correct sized uppers but they would need the wheel clamps swapping over. They are in good condition (better than the Factory Forks actually) I paid £120 so would be looking to get that back. PM if any good for you.
