Oh! but enjoy the fresh air and the Midge!

often i walk for miles and cant see civilization in any direction and yet i am getting attacked my flies/midges.
I think to myself... what were these annoying bastids doing before i got here in the middle of nowhere!

they must lie in the heather for years waiting for some nobhead with a backpack!

Fee, Fi, Foe, Fum, Midge smell the scent of a lone Englishman,
Be he a Rider, hill walker good or bad,
Scottish midge killer brood, inflict worst ever, he will have had.


They drive cattle insane, long before you ever get near, they just lay in wait until a change comes along, don't blame them, try to swat them just live with them, before long you will go INSANNNNNNNNe!
