Mill

I know a guy called Chris who once stated the 1200 was killing him financially.:nono

Speak as you find but with the shocking service I have had from M*** since I bought my R1150GS from them 4 years ago I would not cross the road to P*"!! on them if they were on fire.
The last problem (with a System 5 helmet) was only sorted by going direct to BMW UK

Neil W..I have to agree they can be challenging to deal with. I often wonder if the punters on the other side of the glass doors in the car dept have to be so accepting, I suspect not as they dont have such a regional manopoly. It's definatley a car dealership playing at being a bike shop. I wonder if it feels as frustrating for the staff as the one's I have come in contact with 'bar one' seem genuine enough.

Well, all this talk has made me Hungry?:D

I've got to say they have been very helpful with my recent repairs and to be honest I don't think they could have done any more than they did.
Speak as you find but they have given me excellent service even though I had bought my two previous BM's elsewhere.

So thanks very much Paul S and the lads :beerjug:
