Missing Satnav

Hi everyone. just recently swapped over to a GS adventure, the kind soul who traded it in left the Navigator IV cradle on it. Rather than stumping up the £600 for the BMW system does anyone know if the Zumo 660 fits directly on to existing mount? I have read in reviews that the Nav IV is based on the Zumo.

do not know but, rather than paying £600 for the bmw version, buy the zumo version and use the garmin mount that comes with it free in the box???

It will fit on but the cradle buttons will not work.

Is the correct answer. However, a Zumo 660 will still work perfectly adequately in a Nav IV mount.

Equally, a Navigator IV will work perfectly in a Zumo 660 mount.
