My TC fuel computer seems to work just fine. Had it down to 6 miles remaining with no problem.
Maybe the later systems work better. Floats and reserve taps? C'mon bendy, you'll be telling us carbs and points ignition is the way to go next.
On mpg, I had 500 and 350 Kawasaki two stroke triples in the seventies and anyone from those days can tell you what a thirst they had. I had an official Kawasaki workshop manual which stated that the 750 triple could return 90mpg at a steady 30mph.
Believe you could get them into single figures if you tried hard enough.
Stop poncing about and get some miles on it instead of obsessing about mpg. Or buy an Enfield.
