The new 2010GS has a different engine to the old one - should I use the same oil? Is 20/50 still the best? - what with all those new fangled cams and valves an stuff.
Just checking before I pick up the new bike in April, I need to be prepared![]()

I think BMW will be bringing a new oil out with POWER and RR in the title + an extra £5/ltr on the price. This is so that people can post saying how it's discraceful and that they've filled their £14k bike with Back-to-basics 3in1 oil from Tesco and everything is ok.

BMW are saying its even more specialised than that.
