Hi,
Hi, today I made the journey from north Manchester to Wolverhampton to pick up the R1200GS Adventure demo machine. It doesn't sound far, however nature threw everything at me, the temperature dropped to 0.5 degrees C at one time.
So once feeling had come back to my finger tips I had a quick look at the bike, paid, changed insurance, taxed it and rode off. I hadn't test ridden one, I just bought it over the phone.....a bit like my 5 series .
What a difference from my 2013 Tripple black Adventure, soooo smooth, it cost a fair bit to change and I will actually use this one, the old one is in Wolvehampton with only 3500 miles on the clock, if anyone is after one it's in great nick, fully serviced. I just wish I had found this forum before I P/X'd it.
One question, can I get another key fob for the keyless ignition, I forgot to ask and knowing my luck I will lose the only one I have. I do of course have the plastic one.
