That would be item 9 on the drawing above then.

I wondered that but thought 9 was the bearing (otherwise why 'explode' everything except the bearing)

Edit: Just looked at the fiche:

This can't be the inner race of the bearing as it's more like 8x12x16...

Anyway, I measured the bearing as asked - what is done with the measurements is for Dancata to decide

What I can't believe is that the clutch 'lever' (item 6) is $184

I'm glad I bought my ebay spare for £10 (and then got another one attached to my spare gearbox)..

Pivot's seized on the back of the gear box, strip it out and grease and all will be well (and adjust it of course.)

That's been nagging at the back of my mind for a year or two but as it happens it wasn't that bad. I've cleaned the arm but not the bearing in this photo.

New cable is in the post together with a nipple thingy so hopefully I'll be back on the road at the weekend.

ID of the inner needle bearing race is ~ 8mm (couldn't measure it accurately with my vernier).

It's all clear now.

It would have meen more easy if the fisches on realoem would also have that pivot screw listed there...
