And they call this progress..... modern business practises leave me cold. Yes, good old BMW replace your engine when it fails to deliver what you shelled out a not inconsiderable sum of money for, but my take on it is that it shouldn't need replacing in the first place. The older bikes didn't have all these woes when they were new and most still don't decades later.
