My name is Ricardo, from Portugal


I´am new here, just bought a gs 1200, and for my surprise it came with the bridgestone battle wing, instead fo the tourance or the new tourance EXP.

My 1200GS also came with Battlewings fitted and all I can say is that I am more than happy with them after a few thousand miles in some excellent dry conditions and some terrible wet conditions in which I was more than happy with the bikes handling. Certainly more confidence inspiring than the Bridgestones I had on my R11100RS.

Unless I was advised otherwise I would probably just stick with the Battlewings when they need replaced.
