Well. after much pondering i have sold my Triple black and ordered a New GS-TE Model. I sold the bike privately and was offered a deal on one Red one they had in my Local RIDERS dealer.
Allready strted to buy bits to put on it, one thing i might have to get is a bigger screen as i think i will miss my GIVI AF 330 that was on my TB.
Looking at either a GIVI tall one or the MRA.

" Looking at either a GIVI tall one or the MRA."

I had a Givi tall on my GS, I found it shook about a bit at motorway speeds, actually find the the N.N. tall is not bad.

The standard small GS LC screen is very good, worked better for me than my GSA-LC screen now.

Always thought the standard wc screen was one of the best screens I had sat behind.

Although my pillion did not agree.

Here she is !
Picked up in Cardiff, 5'c. When i was nearer home 2.5'c and heavy cold showers. Decided to put in rain mode with heated grips on.
I wore my thinner gloves and i must say my hands were warm enough travelling the 30 miles home.

As people have said before, a positive clunk into first but gearbox is fine otherwise. Very Happy !!!!

Congrats.:thumb Its a good feeling getting a new bike.:beerjug:

Enjoy the Bike :thumb

If you do go for a higher screen also look at the Puig but for any taller screen also factor in the cost of extra screen supports like those from Mark Hooton.

At Last!-----------managed to get out for a proper ride today. Went over to West Wales 125 mile round trip and i must report the GS was Faultless !-----------Clunk into first as so many of my previous bikes did, otherwise gearbox A1. Wore my thicker winter gloves and the heated grips when on N0.2 was hot, put down to N0.1, hopeless.

Bike very comfy and goes great!------------think it needs a higher screen though for my 6'1'' frame
