Yes so get one now ... All the issues are normally sorted by the end of a model ...

Hopefully I think a lot of the paint issues are due to the bans on some solvents in paint the new stuff is just not that good anymore so it effects all bikes but with BMW changing engines they are highlighting the issue other manufactures just fob the customer off

Think I would be asking for a big discount on something extra that you probably don't want or need in the first place! Hope it gets to you soon though, I was "assured" that its in transit (hope that doesn't mean the van).....

Thanks eddies, I wasn't overly confident with it being delivered this week despite their assurances, they just didn't give me the impression that they were telling the truth to be honest so today's email wasn't totally unexpected. Await further reply from him tomorrow and see what he says. May ask for a loaner until it arrives as summer is slipping away

Whats all that about just ride the bloody thing unstoppable and all that, once the helicopter tape is fitted the mud sling frame guards etc these adventure bikes have gone like their owners bloody soft what next running then on super unleaded

Of course its about what you spend I have bought the odd new bike for a tad more than 6k but thats easy its using them that takes some doing once all the tat is added its ready to ride to ride the bloody thing and stop tarting about whats the worst that could happen it might corroded away before you get to s enjoy it and ride it
