Yeah, it's very smooth. The bike is spot on, and after 3 months without a GS, just feels so good to be back on one.

the heat shield over the joint in the pipe, how is it being held in place mate? I assume it is a standard one that is part of the standard pipe?

I think nutty has the standard one on, my black akro came with a carbon fibre cover which has its own bracket to fit onto the pipe.
Correct. Buy an Akra end can, and they include a carbon cover, but buy a full titanium system, and they give you a cheap stainless cover.
I have the carbon cover in the garage, but there's no way it'll fit with the headers.
I'll probably get that painted or powder coated later on.

not many....a few rides hitting the limiter did it, hilltop did the rest
