Camelbak, bladders are very popular.
Decathlon do them for mountain biking, probably 1/3 the price of an equivalent motorcycle job, just make sure the straps are long enough to go over your jacketDoes your luggage travel in their support vans or do you have to strap it all to the bike each day?
I need to buy a 3L hydration bladder so any recommendations on this would be very much appreciated.

AMS ( Acute Mountain Sickness) is very real .
I’ve been taking Diamox tablets since we hit the mountains . We’ve regularly been above 15000 feet and went up to just below 18000 today .
When flying , if we have a decompression we stay on oxygen until below 10000 feet .
No phone signal here in Ladakh province as run by military .
