Normandy offroad invasion

hello again,my bike had a mitas c02 rear and a mitas c-11 front fitted when i bought it,could im running them both at 16 psi mainly on dry hard pack trail(with the odd bit off mud obviously),does this seem about right to the more knowledgeable amongst you? ive got a spare set of wheels and im looking to fit an alternative type of tyre just so i can swap them about and gain some idea about different off road tyres (levels of grip/suitability for different terrain etc)what would you recomend to try as an alternative? thanks in advance for any advice.

Partly depends on what bike and what weight you are, if you're not normal for a GS'er:judge..ie. normal for the rest of the population like me and Giles then 14 -16 psi should be ok for most trail bikes.
I run my Mitas at 14 on the Husaberg and a little more on a KTM640adv:thumb

i might try 14psi then, its a wr450 and im in prime condition, sort of.the reason i asked about your tyres when we seem to have the same on the rear is that in the pics yours look very much like i imagine a trials tyre to look, wheras mine looks very "motocross" if you see what i mean, must just be angle of the pictures or something
