hi

Missed last weeks

Fully intend to make it this week

unless its pissing down:D

Room for a little un ?

Picking my new ( to me ) GSA up tomorrow so if the weather is decent on Sunday I would like to come along :D

I haven't ridden in a group for many years so I'll tag on the end of the line, where no one can see my lack of riding skills :augie

ime no expert big beard so don't worry and we will be steady away due to the small narrow roads, so no worries,

can't make Sunday - wife working - but took today off work and went on the route. Really enjoyed it, maybe a bit too many narrow roads depending on the total riders.
If it is the same route as what my satnav gave with those waypoints loaded here is a bit of FYI:
the Fords are very low some are dry.
At Helmsley to get to Church houses you can go on Carlton Road, however the more interesting route - which I took - and a little off road is Monk Gardens Lane then right onto Low Tun Way, really nice and dry at the moment and only a little further on the A170 and it joins back onto Carlton Road/Cowhouse Bank for those that would not want to do a bit of dirt track riding.

Also it might be busier than normal steam fair is on at pickering this weekend.

I could do with a sleep in but then will be missing all the fun :rob, see you there :thumb2

If it ain't raining when I get up (and I am up in time) will make my way up for this one, probably peel off at Pickering though rather than heading back up to Thirsk

Apologies I've somehow managed to poison myself on Thursday and have been badly ever since. So won't be able to make this. Well not unless there are planned loo stops ever hour!

Was looking forward to it too, weather has been good today.

Have fun and ride safe.

ferrol.

Great day

Martin

Great day today, brilliant mix of roads you put a lot of work in to the route, it paid off and is very much appreciated.

We will let you have the details for the 21 Dales ride, hopefully in a couple of weeks.

Thanks again.

Andrew.

Did not get to complete the ride today, but did in enjoy the run I did,

Cheers Cocker, see you again

Aye we had a great day and the sun god was with us which was very nice of him, roll on the next one :thumb2

Yep thanks for a good day out, made it home avoiding the massive storm by going from Scarborough down to Doncaster.

Sat nav reckons I have done 292 miles from door to door.

Apparently Masham had hail stones today ! Some bits of the North have had torrential rain too, hope you all avoided the worst of it.

And my only photo from the day.

Great day out, excellent route, good fun and chats. Even the weather was spot on - Talk about timing, home to the sound of peals of thunder and bike into the garage just seconds before the heavens opened!

Thanks for today
