Just returned from my trip and thanks to the info on here did some fantastic roads. The Aursjovegen was my highlight, and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about it.
Hi!
I'm late - sorry.
But I could'nt help as I have never been at Lofoten.
-But perhaps we meet!
Liv.
That's why Norway has virtually no tourism, I suppose that itself makes it an attractive destination. You can do Norway on the cheap, stay in hostels and don't dine or drink out.I'm in Oslo at the moment and glad it's a business trip - £27 for a pizza and 400ml glass of Coke Zero
Everything seems to cost basically double the price at home![]()

Camp, take your own food and top up with occasional supermarket purchases. It really is not too expensive. Coffee and cake or coffee and snacks at Statoil stations are good deals too.

Just wondering who the UK registered GS was that I passed on the 520 between Håra to Sauda last week. Probably one of the most awesome of awesomest roads I've ever done, even though I was in the cage !! https://www.facebook.com/K100RS/videos/10152920333926496/?l=1464821560907113655

Hopefully you will be inspired to visit or revisit Norway![]()
