Looks like the one which popped up on my FB feed recently.

Owned by a bloke called Jeku, which when he finished was named “Hidalgo”?

Impressive engineering and he’s done a lot of miles on it.

That’s it. Looks really interesting and based on an oil head would be quite a different beast from the airhead I’m currently building. Would like to see if I could do this with an early 1200.

Ah but let’s finish the current one first!

I think he’s done an airhead along similar lines too!

He’s clearly a talented rider, and quite handy with a spanner - just like yourself

Ahem thankyou but maybe only 1/2 of one of those two might be correct!

I’m impressed with how compact the oil head engine and gearbox is once you strip all the gubbins off it.

Nin, you might have a look at some of Jonny Wilko's stuff. Not sure what is name is on here. MickDB1 may be able to point you in the right direction. He's done quite a few Oilhead builds.

I’d use a 1200 personally,would save a few tonnes
Junk off the electrikery,fit some flatslides
Or save a few quid and buy a hp2

Yeah or a 690 enduro!

Anyway, let’s focus on finishing the airhead for now.
