O8 GSA- any deals???

Visited a dealer this morning to price up a new GSA, with all the options, including panniers/topbox, you are looking at just over £1300, no discount at all. Now I appeciate this is the latest version, but perhaps I am expecting too much to expect some extra incentive to buy. Including the panniers as a 'freeby' would have probably tempted me to hand over my cash, but no deals!

Has anyone had any deals on a new GSA? john
 
yep got £500 off the list price of the bike last week (R1200GSA 08), not having crud BMW panniers so no deal offered there!

Hi Cummins

As a total newbie please can I confirm your deal/spec you ordered. I'm looking to place an order, today if I can get a deal, for a GSA with Premium & Dynamic packs. The list is £12090. Is this the same spec as yours?
I live in Bristol and work in Stroud so BVM is a good place for me to place my order.
Many thanks for any help.
 
As I dont want any luggage yet , BVM's deal wasn't so good for me.

I got £400 off the list price of £12265. Maybe I could have held out for a better deal but I couldn't wait as the delivery times were getting longer by the day.
Yesterday I was quoted delivery early March, today it was mid April !!!:blast
 
Who is the best person to deal with at Wollaston Jimbo as i went in and could not any discount on a new 08 GSA ?
 
Ordered mine from Vines at Guilford and they gave me 50% of the panniers and fitting kit :thumb2 Thats worth £380 quid.

At the end of the day it's not like the have a problem selling them, if you can get a deal all well and good but i wouldnt expect it.

can any one tell me what you get in the comfort pack for GSA08 . as i just got invoice for my new bike and this item is on it at a cost of £330.
