1290sa is a tall bike for a shortyarsey like me, especially when fully loaded and just fueled! It wasn't a slow motion tip off at standstill, it felt very fast to me!
so, engine bars for repaint, main damage is to left side pannier, the little gubbins that locates the pannier to the pannier frame was not strong enough to take the impact on the box corner
KTM do not supply the necessary parts separetly, so has anyone a pannier surplus to requirements, condition immaterial as long as the black plastic moulding behind keyhole and gubbins inside works, even a broken lock/ lid latch not an issue??
