Oil Filler Cap

just bought one of these

the original plastic one has a black rubber washer - i trust that i use this when fitting the new aluminium one

Is it a BMW Part or from someone else?
I'd use the rubber washer as the Filler Plug and the Rocker Cover will expand and contract differentially with heat which may cause a bit of a leak without the washer.
